The 2026 UK online assessment
The programme is Graduate Future Leaders, with Commercial and Technology routes. Applications for the September 2026 start closed on 31 December 2025.
The online stage begins with three recorded video questions, followed by an image-based personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test. VodafoneThree says the stage takes around 45 minutes.

The published order is application and eligibility questions, online assessment, telephone call, a fully immersive in-person assessment centre, then feedback.
Provider evidence
VodafoneThree does not name its 2026 UK provider. Sova publishes an undated global Vodafone customer story, so it is evidence of a Vodafone relationship, not proof of the current UK configuration.
