Stage 1 — application
Apply for the Graduate Future Leaders Commercial or Technology route and answer the eligibility questions. Vodafone permits one application per candidate.
Stage 2 — online assessment
The assessment starts with three recorded video questions, then an image-based personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test. From start to finish, this stage takes around 45 minutes.
Stage 3 — telephone call
Successful candidates progress to a telephone call before the assessment centre.
Stage 4 — in-person assessment centre
VodafoneThree describes this as a fully immersive in-person experience, followed by feedback.
Timing and dates
Applications for the September 2026 start closed on 31 December 2025. Vodafone's global hiring page says candidates hear back within seven working days; treat that as global guidance rather than a UK scheme guarantee.
